The Lunch Lady Culture in Saigon is something you can find all over! Don’t feel like you have to just go to one, but instead feel free to explore this massive city and find somewhere that feels like home to you.

Mrs. Nga leads the way with being so warm and welcoming. Feeling so happy with what she is doing in life, feeding others and putting a smile on their face. A fantastic Lunch Lady that deserves some of the love that she spreads to so many other people.

Also, if you are near Vo Van Tan, don’t forget to stop by and enjoy some delicious eats this Xúp cua is just one of a thousand things you can eat on this street!

None of this would be possible without sponsors so thank you so much to A Chef’s Tour for helping make these videos a reality. If you are looking for a true local experience with delicious food then check out some of the tours they offer.

  1. The Lunch Lady culture is something you can kind all over Saigon. Mrs. Nga is the definition of what that culture speaks to, somewhere that you can get a bite and it puts a smile on your face.

  4. You need to hang out with Dustin. He's cutellike yourself and have YouTube Vietnam. Your both cute and talk and have YouTube channel. Y'all should meet.

  5. He's so adorable. I love that he so into viet culture food. 👍🤛👍 Vietnam lifestyle seem so chilled and relax. No worries, just happiness. Hope not.

  6. Max, never thought someone would like mam tom more than me! Try putting teaspoon into small bowl, squeeze lime, add chilli.. dip sauce.

  7. It's sad to see how much plastic waste is produced by take-away! Better to sit down and eat there- the food looks delicious😍

  8. Its like seeing an Asian man trapped in a pretty white man's body. Its amazing that you didnt even sweat in these videos considering its so hot in VN.

  9. Oh why I see this video in these self quarantine days 😂😂. I miss all those delicious foods, too lazy to make it at home. In Vietnam, we call this is COVID-19 Tet holiday.

  10. Brother…at this video am not watch the food but i just watch you,u look so handsome😀😁😂lol😛😝😜

  11. Nice shirt Max! Loved this episode as you took us somewhere different. Thanks for being such an inspiration to all of us.

  12. the traditional version of this dish when i was growing up didn't have the thousand-year egg nor pig's brain. I personally prefer the old version with just the soup itself, top with some cilantro and drizzle with a tiny bit of sesame oil and soy sauce. the sesame oil is a must for this dish :))

  13. It is great that you all love Vietnamese food 🥘🤩🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

  14. love your vids. And I still can't get over a white guy with a southern accent, eating all the authentic Vietnamese flavors and dishes that most can't even acquired! kudos!!

  15. dude, try Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm and Bún mắm. I want to see how Vietnamese you are lol
Edit: I commented at the beginning of the video, then realized that you are putting huge amount of Mắm tôm into your bowl. How do you feel about the taste of it?

  16. Im happy to watch your videos about Vietnamese food after 1 year hihi. You look great 👏
