Cal flyhalf Keegan Engelbrecht has been named to the rugbymag.com All-Tournament team for the USA Sevens Collegiate Championship Invitational. Engelbrecht scored two tries in Sunday’s final, which saw his Cal Bears fall to Utah 31-26 in OT.
